Are you an HR Administrator looking for a part time job opportunities?

An ongoing 1 day a week Human Resources Administrator vacancy is available with a reputable College in Watford area

Your new company

A highly successful day school, which currently has 700 pupils and is characterised by exceptional academic standards.

Your new role

Main responsibility will be to support the HR function of the school.

* Answering HR queries
* Preparing and reviewing documents
* Assist with the administration of the recruitment process - shortlisting candidates, looking through applications, scheduling interview, booking rooms, conducting right to work, references and other compliance checks.
* Actively maintaining the HR filing systems and accurately entering all employee and payroll related data
* Distributing information regarding probation periods, salary reviews etc.

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience working in a HR
* Previous experience working in School environment would be an advantage
* Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
* Able to maintain accurate data on the HR database
* Be confident in inputting and amending data, approving changes of employees personal details
