Head of HR

A boutique Central London law firm are looking for a Head of HR.

A boutique law firm based in central London with a population of circa 120.

Your new role

As Head of HR you will develop and implement the firms people strategy in line with the business needs. You will lead the HR function - supported by an HR Advisor - in a generalist capacity, offering a wide range of operational HR services. You will provide pragmatic HR solutions and offer advice and guidance on all HR and ER matters.You will review, update and implement HR policies and procedures and drive the HR function forward both operationally and strategically.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a strong HR generalist with a proven track record leading an HR function. You will have experience managing a small team and be used to working within SME's. You will be able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm and be able to engage with senior stakeholders to drive the people strategy. CIPD qualification is a must.

What you'll get in return

Competitive salary package of £70,000 - £90,000 + excellent benefits.
