Do you savour that blend of the operational and strategic within an L&D Manager role? One where there are meaty projects to get done where you can really add value, alongside the BAU. Well this could be a great interim fixed term contract to provide that blend within what is a diverse organisation of talented individuals and teams.
Key agendas will include the development of the people develop strategy and priorities; improving and driving the approach to performance management; reviewing the talent management approach; and a D&I agenda encompassing inclusive leadership.
It is initially a 3-6 month FTC although there could be scope for the role to go permanent. Whilst the role is full time there is also scope to consider making an appointment on a 4 day per week basis. You will need to be a solution oriented, commercially astute learning and development professional, who holds a relevant L&D qualification and ideally coaching certification and experience.
