HR Business Partner

Your new company
A charity located in London is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your new role
You will be first point of contact for any queries regarding change management at the organisation. You will be liaising with senior stakeholders to deliver on change projects e.g. Tupe etc. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reshaping the organisation so that is it fit for purpose and inline with their core values.

As an individual, you will need to be professional, proactive with excellent knowledge of HR, specifically with change management.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, all candidates must have lead on change management across an organisation. You will also have experience delivering key projects, so that they are in line with the organisation's values.
