Job Details
Description
* Oversee recruitment and manage the full employee life cycle
* Oversee payroll functions
* Manage autonomously the grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and other ER issues which may arise
* Develop and upskill managers in HR policies and procedures
* Maintain the HR system, update and implement HR policies and procedures when required
* Manage any change management projects such as TUPE, acquisitions and mergers
* Assist and advise the Board of Directors and other stakeholders on business strategies
* Provide effective leadership and guidance to the HR function, ensuring best practice is followed
* Other adhoc duties as required
Profile
* You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified or above
* You will have previous experience working in a blue collar environment
* You will have previously managed a team; big or small
* You will be commercial in your thinking and be able to identify risks in business strategies for the Board
* You will be an effective communicator with strong negotiation skills
