Interim Head of Resourcing

An Interim Head of Resourcing is sought to lead the Strategic Resourcing plans and Resourcing team for this growing Digital Technology business in Bristol

You will be an experienced Head of used to working within a fast paced, growing technology driven environment.

You will be comfortable designing and implementing long term strategic resourcing plans, in addition to reviewing and delivering a number of key projects currently being planned.

You will naturally be comfortable operating at an executive level, and will be regarded by peers and industry contacts as an innovative business leader.

You will be able to share and encourage industry best practice and will develop a culture within your teams for ongoing development and continuous improvement.

You will be knowledgeable and experienced in attracting and securing technical and digital experts in a competitive (possibly international) market. Though you will not be undertaking direct TA activity yourself.
