Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to cover 12 - 15 months maternity cover. Within this role you will business partner with areas of the business that span over UK, Germany, Russia and Dubai providing strategic advice and guidance and driving HR initiatives in support of the business strategy.
You will drive and support talent management, provide full recruitment service to the business areas for all vacancies, ensure local employment laws are adhered to and implement appropriate employee relations processes. You may also be required to lead/ participate in HR related projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the this role you must be able to demonstrate effective communication and strong influencing skills, have solid employee relations skills and experience. You should have experience working in an international environment dealing with UK and EMEAI locations and demonstrate a good working knowledge of employment law for each location, with the ability to accurately interpret company policies and procedures and know when to escalate queries.
My client is looking for candidates that are graduate members of the CIPD with sufficient relevant HR experience to operate effectively. In addition to you being computer literate, with the ability to understand and effectively use a number of different internal databases/systems.
