Job Details
A new Deputy Director of HR & OD is sought to develop, ,co-ordinate and implement the organisational development plan, forming an integral part of the overall people strategy. Focusing on the strategic, value-add HR proposition, your areas of expertise will include:
Leading and Driving Cultural Change
Leadership Development, Coaching and Mentoring
Talent and Career Development
Reward, Recognition and Payroll
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Employee Engagement and Well-being
The successful candidate will have experience in each of these areas and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing and leading a sizeable HR function within a unionised environment. Demonstrating intellectual credibility, leadership and team working skills with the ability to gain trust and develop and coach staff is key.
