HR Co-ordinator - up to £23k - Outskirts of Gloucester

Your new company
My Client, a well established business on multi-sites, are looking for an experienced HR professional to work part-time to support their HR function.

Your new role
In your new HR Coordinator role you will working in a HR position whereby you'll have been exposed to all aspect of the entire employee lifecycle. You will be assisting with the recruitment function, maintaining the HRIS and acting as the first point of call for all HR-related enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a central HR Admin/Assistant role. You will have a good understanding of the recruitment function, have supported on a variety of different aspect throughout the employee lifecycle. You will have your CIPD Level 3 or working towards this. You will need to have a strong character, personable and be able to communicate with senior stakeholders.
