Our client, a Public Sector organisation based in Swindon is looking for Workforce Planning Specialist

Your new role
Duties include:

* Workforce Planning specialist, with experience of creating local and strategic workforce plans, within large complex public sector organisations.
* Clear understanding of workforce planning tools, processes and inter-dependencies
* Experience of working with start up situations, quickly leading the development of minimum baseline capability
* Understanding of governance frameworks and of maintaining these frameworks using a collegiate approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to produce products to stretching, hard deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders without having line management control.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience within Public Sector / Governments
* Succession planning / Workforce planning experience
