ER Advisor

Several ER Advisor roles, based in Leeds and Bradford, £15-£16 per hour

We are currently working with well respected public sector company who are recruiting for ER Advisor.

Your new role
There are several roles available ranging from 6-12 months contracts. Based in Leeds and Bradford as well. 4 day week option is available.

You will provide technical advice, guidance and support to line managers and staff in relation to complex case management, ensuring such cases are managed appropriately and effectively. You will attend meetings, being a conduit for People Services by providing People management information and feeding back all details of changes to ensure People information systems are correctly and accurately maintained. You will advise on staff discipline working with investigators in PSD ensuring a consistent and professional approach. You will provide training, coaching and briefings to colleagues. You will maintain accurate and timely records of all activity through central information reporting and storage systems. Proactively analyse and report on HR management information in order to identify areas for improvement and provide expert support and advice in addressing these areas for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

* CIPD Qualified to Level 7 - Previously Postgraduate CIPD
* Experience of working within a HR function and a proven ability in applying employment legislation and advising managers on a diverse range of HR issues
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of supporting Organisational Change
* Previous experience of policy design and development
