A superb opportunity has arisen to join an interesting SME organisation based in Manchester City Centre. Aiming to be a market leader, they are a highly innovative & service focused business and have secured funding for growth. They have a robust strategy alongside a commitment to their people hence this HR Advisor role has been newly created to support the business during a period of growth.

Working across the business and within a dedicated but small HR team, you will be accountable for advising and guiding across the full spectrum of generalist HR. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with your key stakeholders, and ultimately delivering a best practice, first class HR service. The role encompasses both business as usual operational HR and some ad hoc projects depending on business issues spanning across;- employee relations, learning & development, resourcing, performance, maintaining employee information and management information.

Preferably CIPD qualified, you will have a proven track record of delivering a full generalist HR service from within a highly commercial organisation. You will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and HR best practice.
