HR Business Partner - £60-65k – Hertfordshire & travel
This is a great opportunity to join this Service organisation as they undergo change and transformation whilst they introduce a new business operating model.
Role purpose:
To offer a strategic, solutions - based HR service to the business through partnership working. Responsible for the effective and responsive delivery of strategic and operational HR services and policies for specified departments.
Key aspects include:
- Operating as a true Business Partner building strong relationships within the Business and working in partnership with Senior Managers and Directors
- Developing a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Formulating and implement the HR strategy ensuring consistent links to operational plans
- Employing effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders
- Providing expert advice on complex aspects of HR management taking into account organisational risk, employment legislation and good practice
- Developing project plans for the longer term strategic programmes countrywide
- Leading the end to end TUPE process and advise on the HR elements of bids and tenders/due diligence etc
- Project management and implementation
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- MCIPD qualified or equivalent
- An HR generalist with 5 years plus post graduate experience
- Demonstrate specialist TUPE expertise including large & complex transfers
- Excellent influencing skills
- Strong negotiating and communication skills
