Description
The Leadership Development Manager will be a key contributor in developing the managers and future leaders within the organisation. Reporting directly into the Group Head of Learning and Development where you will be responsible in developing, design, delivering and evaluating organisational development programmes to support the key strategic objectives of the Group and drive employee engagement being the driving force for behavioural and cultural change.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience of designing, developing, delivering and evaluating organisational development programmes, including, leadership and management, coaching & mentoring, change management and succession planning. Ideally, you will have worked in the Health and Social Care Sector and you must hold qualifications in teaching (CTLLS or equivalent) and Level 5 management qualification. The role requires national travel and overnight stays.
Job Offer
The Leadership Development Manager will receive a basic salary of £39'000 + £3.5k car allowance + company benefits.
