This is a great opportunity to join a high-profile organisation and work closely with an inspirational HR Director and make a significant contribution to the overarching HR strategy through the shaping of the people development offering and adding value to key projects around talent, performance and inclusivity.

It will be a broad-based role, offering both the opportunity to input at a strategic level, drive key initiatives and operationally develop and provide solutions to a diverse and talented population. You'll be a key member of the HR leadership team and have overarching responsibility for learning and development, including management and evaluation of the overall offering, management of the budget and systems, supplier relationships and building effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business. There are some really exciting and meaty projects the L&D Manager will play a key role within, including the development of new approaches to talent and performance management and the creation of a new leadership.

Pivotal to success in the role will be a good understanding of modern best practice developed in corporate environments across learning, talent and performance, combined with a solution focus and someone who brings a collaborative and positive approach to making a difference. You will need to be an experienced learning and development professional with relevant qualifications ideally encompassing coaching certification.
