Regional HR Business Partner
A national multi site business serving local communities is currently transforming its approach to managing its people through an exciting transformational change programme. New values, competencies, people process, and practices are being designed and embedded with the aim of becoming an Employer of Choice.
Partnering with local management to provide HR advise and council, this role is a business-critical part of the HR team. You will be the main point of contact for the South East region and be accountable for helping to create a high-performance organisation which lives the values of the business.
Ideally a CIPD level 7 qualified HR professional, you will have generalist experience working with operational and specialist level staff. Of particular interest, would be candidates who have change management expertise as well as an ability to influence and coach line managers.
This role is home based with travel to sites in East Sussex, Surrey and Kent with occasional travel to head office.
