A large infrastructure based organisation located in Birmingham City Centre with national coverage.

Your new role
The Senior HR Operations Team Leader will be responsible managing a team of multi-specialism HR Advisors within a shared services environment. Areas the team are responsible for include L&D, Reward & Performance and Health & Wellbeing. The role will lead & develop the team and manage performance against KPI's and SLA's. The post holder will act as an interface with the team, the wider HR function and the business and will also identify, suggest and implement continuous improvement ideas.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist who has managed HR advisory teams, ideally within a shared services environment. Strong stakeholder management, people management, project management and process management skills are essential.

What you'll get in return
The salary is £40,188 to £44,208 plus excellent benefits
