Our client is a charitable housing association that owns and manages more than 18,000 homes – and developing thousands more – across Yorkshire. They also provide a range of services so that people can live independently.

They are currently seeking an HR Operations Manager to be based at their head office in Leeds on a permanent contract, 35 hours per week.

The main purpose of this role is to lead a team delivering a proactive, efficient and future looking operational service to their internal customers. An HR specialist, you will have a bias towards HR data and analytics, understanding the important role that data plays in driving a business forward.

Proactive in your approach, you will lead the key business critical processes of payroll, pensions, benefits and recruitment and take a lead role in the HR management team for assurance and risk management, to ensure regulatory and organisation compliance.      
They are looking for people who are committed to their company values and can demonstrate this by:

Respect: You must have broad HR and Payroll generalist management experience and previous experience leading a team to deliver HR operations including recruitment, payroll and pensions.

Reliability: You will have up-to-date knowledge of employment and payroll legislation and its application and be an expert in relevant office software most notably Microsoft Excel.

Enthusiasm: You must be data savvy with the ability to analyse, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations with experience in data management, analysis and presentation.
