Artis HR are currently recruiting for a driven HR Advisor to step into a newly created role in an expanding, exciting, & fast-paced business, based in Bristol. Your natural ability to build great working relationships and provide a timely and responsive service is crucial. You will be at the forefront of providing a professional & comprehensive human resources service to managers and employees of the company. Through excellent communication, influencing and coaching skills you will support the business on a variety of HR issues.

In the role you'll:

* Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of HR related matters to managers and staff at all levels.
* Support and advise with performance management to include formal meetings and manage employment relations processes with regards to under-performance, conduct, capability, disciplinary and grievance meetings.
* Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files.
* Be responsible for taking care of absence related issues, advice and processes.
* A proven ability to analyse, interpret and explain employment law to all levels of staff and apply best practice, keeping abreast of latest news and impending changes.
* To work in partnership with L&D in determining training needs which arise from HR related issues.
* To support in the development of new HR policies and procedures
* Assist the Employee Relations Manager and wider HR team with all HR improvement projects and initiatives across the company.
* Assist the wider team in implementing organisational change processes effectively
* Own and manage the leavers process.

You'll have:

* Experience of working as an HR Advisor/Officer or similar level.
* CIPD Level 5 or above.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence, persuade and coach at all levels.
* The ability to analyse issues and recommend appropriate interventions and solutions to managers.
* Excellent organisational skills and initiative, with the ability to manage the day to day HR processes effectively.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Access to a car is also desirable due to occasional travel to other business locations as required.
