Fyte (Morgan Philips) are excited to be representing a HR Business Partner role. The successful candidate will partner with the management team and lead on key HR initiatives.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the business through a period of exciting change by delivering a high quality HR service and vision.

Your role will entail identifying and delivering initiatives, ensuring a seamless colleague/customer experience. You will work alongside Mid-Senior Stakeholders supporting the delivery of the strategic people agenda to ensure it's consistency.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Delivery of a wide range of HR initiatives and projects including performance management, employee well being, the development of a flexible benefits platform, employee engagement etc.
* Building, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders, both in HR and the business to understand current HR priorities and associated risks.
* Engaging with appropriate business and functional stakeholders to make recommendations on specialist interventions.
* Proactively considering forward planning activities, having a clear view and understanding of wider/external changes that may impact the business.
* The suitable candidate will ideally be of degree calibre and CIPD Level 5 qualified You will have a proven track record creating strong trusted relationships and solid knowledge of HR policies and practices.
