The HR function is undergoing a transformation to better support the rapidly changing needs of the business. Key objectives of this role is to be more strategic in the offering of HR services to the business. Where the aim is to get the basics right more consistently and build scalable function. Improve capability and capacity in the operating model to advise and support on OD &D projects.
Working with one major (and potentially other smaller) functions the Global HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting one or more Execs to ensure their strategic plans have people plans that support this activity. These plans will include strategic workforce planning succession planning, high level talent management, and enterprise footprint strategy.

This exciting opportunity plays an important role in partnering closely with the business to deliver its ambitious growth plans.
