We have a unique opportunity for a senior L&D professional to manage an L&D function for 6 months part time.

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager with a background of operating at a strategic level, working with stakeholders to develop learning provision. You will be leading a L&D team ensuring the delivery of training, learning needs analysis and cohesive engagement across the organisation with line managers.

Key tasks

* Part of the L&D leadership team responsible for the development, engagement and deployment of learning and development strategy.
* Oversee Learning requests for the team, ensuring learning needs analysis are completed and well managed through the L&D team.
* Line Management of a learning & Development team
* Supporting the development of leadership succession plans across the organisation
* Supporting the development of future L&D plans for 2020
* Budgets

Candidates
This is an opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Professional to join an organisation on a 6 months fixed contract and part time hours (22,2 hours per week) . The Salary £53-62,000 is the FTE so will be pro rata to 6 months and part time.

You will need to be experienced in leading an L&D team in the provision of a broad ranging learning & development service. Experienced in L&D to a strategic level, able to evaluate learning requests, engage with senior managers about learning requirements, learning needs analysis and ability to manage learning projects with the team.
