To fit into this team you will be a talented HR Business Partner and Change Manager on an interim basis out of the London office. You will coach and partner with the Functional leader and their team to deliver their new operating model and transition to it. You will be comfortable both with partnering at a strategic level and preparing change materials such as programme plans and communications.

To succeed and flourish here, you will need to be a fast learner, comfortable to challenge the status quo and demonstrate a real desire to see people and organisations grow and develop. You will be great at execution with a good attention to detail. It will also be critical that you are a strong coach, facilitator and communicator and a great team player with a commercial mind-set and a track record of initiating and leading change.
