About the role
The role is to work with the Head of Organisation Design and the business leaders to develop and deliver strategic people initiatives and solutions that will help the business achieve its ambitious plans. The range of activities is as broad as can be; helping to shape the future organisation, developing the people strategy, coaching senior leaders, facilitating cultural change, driving talent and succession processes and managing some of the day to day nitty gritty issues that need to be resolved for the business to operate at full throttle.

For this to work you will need to have a successful track record in a high growth, high change, fast paced environment where you have demonstrated that you can plan, develop, implement and deliver. People admire you for your clarity of thought and vision, your commercial nous, your grasp of strategic imperatives, but most of all for your ability to translate those into actions that are real world, effective, pragmatic and sustainable.
