Your new company

An Organisation responsible for management of local council housing in North London currently managing around 16,000 tenanted and 4,500 leasehold properties and employing around 570 staff is looking for an experienced HRoperations Officer to join their HR team on an interim basis.

Your new role

To provide a proactive end to end comprehensive Human Resources (HR) service to line managers which includes, but is not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations and Organisational Development. The HR Operations Officer is the key contact for all HR queries in relation to organisation's staff.

What you'll need to succeed

* Proven experience of Human Resource Management
* Experience of the employee lifecycle including Resourcing, Recruitment and Talent Management as well as knowledge of Reward Management
* A track record of managing complex Employment Relations casework
* Knowledge and experience of Leading, Managing and Developing People
* Experience of delivering Training, L&D Providsion
* Understanding of LMS
