Job Details
An NHS Trust is looking for an experienced interim HR Advisor for a period of about 3 months on a band 6. Reporting to the ER Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and knowledgeable HR function.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the operational HR services.
- Support and advise managers on a range of complex ER issues.
- Where necessary, undertake and support on various HR projects.
- Advise on key aspects of the recruitment process to ensure a seamless function.
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Experience in a similar role within the NHS is essential.
