HR Advisor (Employee Relations) - Liverpool, up to £22000 (experience dependant)

City centre based charity with a focus supporting and enabling people with disabilities.

Your new role
As the HR Advisor you will support the HR manager in ensuring the organisation is up to date with all aspects of employment law, advising on any staffing matters which may arise. You will be providing employee relations support, guidance and coaching across a range of subjects to all levels of the business. Subjects will include performance management, disciplinary & grievance procedures and absences etc...
You will provide the leadership team with HR information assisting in decision making, as well as providing monthly HR reports around staff turnover, absence and working time directive.
You will deal with investigation, disciplinary, performance management and grievance procedures including preparation of documents.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience working in a demanding, high volume role, in a fast paced environment. You will need a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels both verbally and written. You should be comfortable analysing and interpreting complex information providing opinion and guidance on your findings.
Previous experience of providing leadership with guidance and support when investigating disciplinary and grievance procedures including relevant administration requirements will also be required.
