Recruitment Manager - Global Retailer - up to £40,000 - South West London

Your new company
An industry leading technology business recognised for their established brands are recruiting for a Recruitment Manager in their South West London office. They are experiencing high rates of growth hence the need for an experienced recruitment professional to manage the upcoming needs.


Your new role
You will be leading on the development and delivery of recruitment strategy, acting as the recruitment subject matter expert and making job market analysis. Also, you will ensure that all recruitment activity is in line with the recruitment policy, appointing key partners for the management of recruitment campaigns and implementing lead generations strategies.
Additionally, you will be managing a sales sourcing team of 7 and continue to develop those individuals. You will also ensure the recruitment and selection process of all vacant key positions for head office and track performance of sales recruitment process.


What you'll need to succeed
3-5 years as an internal recruitment expert is highly preferable. Leadership qualities to lead the team of resourcers. Proficiency in MS office and commercial applicant tracking systems is highly advantageous.
