Employee Relations Manager - South West London - £35,000 +£5000 bonus - Global Retailer

Your new company
An industry leading technology business recognised for its established brand. Upon experiencing high levels of growth, they are looking to expand their team to include an employee relations manager to support their HR team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for designing programs to ensure the fair treatment of employees, developing and ensuring healthy work relationships and bringing support to key projects. Additionally, you will be highlighting key risks and issues that can affect the business, resolving employees' issues and managing and delivering employee relations cases. By offering support throughout the case and preparing for employment tribunals, you will be a key aspect within the HR function.
Also, you will be supporting managers and HR business partners with their skills to handle employee relations while providing training and development. Another key aspect of the role would be to manage and support the business with all regards to health and safety policies.

What you'll need to succeed
2 years' experience in a similar position is highly advantageous. The ability to effectively solve problems, practical experience in applying employment law and strong communications skills is also preferred.
