Role outline

This role will see you being part of a globally dispersed HR team, supporting and partnering closely with the business supporting 160 employees acting as a trusted advisor, to implement effective HR strategy, people plans, projects and operations to support the delivery of the business goals. The success criteria within this role is not just based around numbers; headcount, attrition, days of absence, revenue and profit; but is also measured by the depth of relationships you build with your stakeholders and employees in your functional area.

Main Responsibilities

Support the delivery of projects such as re-structuring, organisation design and talent management
Support managers in the performance management process, up to, and including termination of
employment
Manage organisational change and communications, resolve ad-hoc and complex ER issues annual processes and operations end-to-end supported by the wider (performance management, appraisals, compensation cycles, etc)
Work with Global HR Director to drive forward the HR agenda within the Business.
Resolve employee relations issues, coaching and advising managers on handling such matters, and
working diligently to prevent this issue escalating
Partner with the functional area to launch appropriate initiatives from the people agenda from
inception and development to launch and ongoing support Skills

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified
Experience of working within in a fast-paced human resources function, across a variety of
organisations and or sectors
Prior deep expertise in employee relations and building relationships with senior level stakeholders
Demonstrable experience in delivery of global projects and initiatives, of handling employment law related matters of medium to high complexity, including exits of senior individuals, success working in a fast-paced organisation
Ability to act as a critical thinker, finding solutions to complex issues
Experience working equally well independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
Able to influence decision making within stakeholder groups
Able to offer flexibility with working hours to work effectively with a globally dispersed team
