Your role
As Interim HR Business Partner you will cover maternity for a period of 7 months. You will provide the full range of support to the business, working alongside colleagues in the TA, L&D and Reward teams. Supporting a staff population of c.500, this role reports directly to the Divisional HR Director as part of an international team. You will join a business who combines well-established HR processes and policies with the challenges, both procedural and cultural, of having been through two acquisitions in three years and now entering a huge growth phase, with a 50% increase in global headcount this year alone. As an HR BP you will contribute directly to the success of the business by supporting and partnering with the line managers in their business area. You will become an integral part of their management teams, delivering value added HR activities aligned with company strategy, driving change & improving performance, maximising colleague engagement and developing talent.This is a genuinely fast-moving and professional environment, with highly supportive colleagues and a focus on the huge opportunity the company has over the next few years.

The successful candidate
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be a proven HR business partner with experience gained in a commercial business. Experience in the technology sector or similar would be an advantage. You will be able to demonstrate how you have worked at a global scale to develop and demonstrate that you know what good talent management and workforce planning looks like. You will be able to demonstrate strong influence and engagement at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a 7 month contract.
