Superb opportunity for a talented HR manager to join an exciting fintech challenger brand start-up at an early stage of their development. Working with a highly talented team of colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function: designing and implementing strategies, systems and processes to support the growth and wider ambitions of the business,
Initially you will be working closely with their team of C-Suite entrepreneurs to establish the HR function with a particular focus and emphasis on employer branding and wellbeing.
The company has ambitious growth plans so you will need to be able to set up procedures and policies which will support them as they grow as well as advising the leadership team on rewards & benefits, recruitment & hiring strategies and training and development.
This would suit an ambitious HR professional with a proven track record of success in establishing an HR function from scratch in a company previously.
You will be someone with a high level of attention to detail who will thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced and evolving environment and will be able to demonstrate creativity and innovation in providing solutions and making decisions
