Alongside a complete range of generalist HR matters including; HR management reporting, recruitment, training and development, and ER, you will have a focus on compensation and benefits, including payroll, as below:

Compensation & Benefits

* Responsible for the processing of the monthly payroll (payroll is outsourced) including Pension Scheme administration (monthly pension contributions, auto-enrolment of new starters etc.), Childcare Voucher scheme administration (monthly orders, Basic Earnings Assessments)
* Support the HR Manager with the monthly US payroll and liaison with the outsourced US payroll consultant;
* Co-ordination of salary benchmarking data for annual reviews including liaison with managers;
* Administration and maintenance of employee records in relation to benefits;
* Liaison with 3rd party benefit providers, including administration, supporting annual review of suppliers
* Assist with Equity schemes (record maintenance, preparation of letters and associated documents);

You are likely to have experience in a similar role, be advanced in your use of excel, and be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
