Senior HR MI Analyst

Large PLC recruiting a Senior HR MI Analyst to join the Ripon HR department.

Your new company
A large PLC supplying some of the UK's biggest infrastructure projects, serving customers in key markets. A FTSE 100 company with revenues of over $15 billion.

Your new role The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Daily, weekly, monthly prioritisation of MI team workload as well as Develop team KPIs to monitor performance
* Production and analysis of regular reports for stakeholders of the HR Service Centre, including key HR Management Information
* Written and verbal presentation of data analysis in an informative manner
* Design and develop ad hoc reports via Business Objects and manipulate data within Excel spreadsheets.
* Support system development, including mandatory system upgrades, enhancements and new system implementations.
* Involvement in projects, being the HR lead, to support the HR Service Centre system roadmap.


What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience of working as an MI Analyst / HR Analyst

* Working knowledge of management reporting tools such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Excel, Access etc.

* The ability to manage and manipulate large amounts of data in order to provide concise, summarised analysis.

* Experience of producing regular and ad-hoc management information for decision-making.

* Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

* Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint essential.

* Previous experience supporting or leading a team.


What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract with a remuneration between £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience. Benefits include; pension plan, staff discount, profit share.
