HR Adviser - term time only

We are looking for a HR Adviser to join a successful and vibrant department at this major London day school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to managers and employees on policies and procedures, benefits, absence management and employee relations issues. The successful candidate will also ensure that the correct information is processed in payroll in accordance with payroll deadlines. The HR Adviser will report to the Head of HR and will line manage the HR Assistant.

This is a term time only role (34 weeks per year) plus 10 days which will be decided by the Head of HR.
