Job Details
Our client is a private organisation that is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this is a fast paced environment and you will be responsible for the following:-
- Ensure the deployment of all temporary employees on the client site
- Ensure all recruitment is requested
- Devise an accurate Recruitment Tracker
- Ensure all vacancies are advertised
- Attend Recruitment events when necessary
- Shortlist applicants
- Adhere to pre-employment standards
- Confirm mutual start dates
- Collate MI data
- Co-ordinate inductions for all new employees
It is essential that you have the following experience:-
- Previous recruitment administation experience gained in a high volume, fast paced environment.
-Experience of administering pre-employment checks such as Right to Work, DBS and referencing
- Professional approach
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Self motivates with a "can-do" attitude.
- Previous recruitment administration experience gained in a fast paced, high volume environment
