Interim HR Business Partner Job in Central London paying £70-75k (6 months Pro rated)

Your new company
You will be working for a housing association located in Central London, you will be required to travel to Lancashire frequently.

Your new role
As HR Business Partner, you will act as the HR Expert and offer continuous feedback to improve one of the corporate departments of the organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders of the department and senior management to ensure that the department is meeting its strategic objectives through its people. This is a 6-month contract paying up to £70k(pro-rated). The organisation requires someone to start as soon as possible so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period. As a strategic partner, you will review existing ways of working and job design to provide recommendations and support the implementation of approved initiatives. You will drive the identification, development and measurement of the department's continuous improvements to improve Group performance and encourage innovation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified with a track record of working at a senior level within a HRBP role or equivalent with experience in strategic organisation design and organisational (people and culture) transformation. You should be able to demonstrate experience of HR transformation and improvement in complex and ambiguous settings, working with senior stakeholders and wider HR to deliver a wide-ranging plan. You will have a pragmatic approach to issues with commercial considerations and possess strong people skills to ensure continuous improvement happens and leads to sustainable improvements.
