Your new role
A temporary role for 12 weeks initially working as part of a busy HR team, you will offer advice, coaching and support to managers across the organisation on issues such as performance, conduct, absence. You will have your own ER caseload ensuring issues are dealt with in the correct manner and that managers are up-skilled through this process. You will also support an HRBP when they are dealing with complex issues such as change management, job grading etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven HR Advisory experience gained within a large complex unionised environment and have managed your own ER caseload in the past. You will demonstrate attention to detail and thrive in a busy environment.

What you'll get in return
A temporary role for 12 weeks paying £14-£15 an hour.
