Highly strategic role providing support and direction on business areas including employee engagement, workforce planning and talent mapping.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a confident self-starter, with a strategic business partnering background and exposure to working in a matrix function. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in large complex organisations, with a multi-site make-up and be prepared to travel between sites as required. You should be capable of operating at the highest levels of an organisation with the ability to influence others and be persuasive in your arguments.
You will be involved in a broad range of strategic projects as the business undertakes a significant change programme.
