Assistant HR Business Partner
I am currently working with a fantastic charity organisation, who are looking to recruit an Assistant HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract basis.
You will be working closely with the HR Business Partners to support the whole organisation.
A few of the main accountabilities held within this role will include:
- You will lead on all employee relations cases across the organisation, manage the HR Assistants and ensure a seamless service is delivered to our customers.
- You will liaise with the HR Business Partners to ensure they are up to date with matters in their areas of partnering
- Lead on key HR functions including: induction, on-boarding and probations, absence and leave and contract changes.
- Managing discrete HR projects as directed by the HR Business Partners and Deputy Director People.
