Salary £50,000
Your new role
* Employee Relations - develop and update policies and procedures. working with managers to support them through the process including investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings.
* Performance and Reward
* Organisation design and development
* develop Insights, strategy & Solutions including employee engagement and L and D.
* Resourcing and talent planning - develop succession plans with senior leadership team.
