Your new role
Working closely with key business personnel you will support the current and future business needs through a sourcing and recruitment programme.
You will work the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding the line managers requirements, to advertising the position and screening applicant CVs. You will be involved in the delivery of interview feedback and also any offers to the successful applicants. You will be responsible for the administration throughout the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have some experience of working in a fast paced, internal recruitment environment, with an awareness of HR and service it provides. You should be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload, with excellent attention to detail. You will need to be a confident communicator, with the ability to work individually, or in a team environment.
