Description
Senior Health & Safety Training Manager you will:
* Proactively influence and drive change through the implementation of new training approaches
* Be experienced in leading a team of trainers across health and safety, specialist and operational training approaches
* Manage relationships with a number of training providers
* Manage large training budget
* Improve training compliance rates across a multi-site, multi-functional environment
Profile
You will be experienced in:
* Working in a fast paced, dynamic environments
* Achieving efficiencies in cost, time etc.
* Working with and influencing at a senior level in the organisation
* Regulated environments and understands the importance of adhering to specific regulations
* Health and safety and can confidently discuss appropriate H&S training solutions to suit the complexities of the organisation
* Budget Management
* Flexible to travel
