Excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking, commercial business with multiple offices across the West Midlands in a permanent HR Business Management role. The opportunity is ideal for a detailed, performance driven HR professional with leadership and influential skills. Ideally you will hold a minimum level 5 CIPD qualification and be seeking a part time post (days and hours to be discussed).

* To work in partnership with the Head of Department in the delivery of the Departmental Business Plan for the team;
* To understand and implement through the team an excellent customer ethos;
* To analyse financial data and work towards delivering the team's performance and profitability against Company agreed KPIs;
* To implement and maintain consistently strong financial hygiene amongst the individual team members addressing any poor behaviours;
* To undertake regular performance review with individual team members with a view to coaching/mentoring towards high performance and recording supervision appropriately;
* To ensure team's compliance with the Company's risk and management procedures and address any non-compliance appropriately. In particular, to be responsible for undertaking the Department's file reviews;
* To be an effective communicator in influencing people to adopt new working practices/technologies;
* To investigate and support the Head of Department in drafting responses to any client complaints;
* To contribute to the recruitment process and support the induction/integration of new joiners;
* To manage Team's administration eg holiday/absence/expenses/training authorisation;
* To demonstrate core values to the team.
