HR Project

A 3 month contract is available to manage a HR project for an international organisation

Your new company
An international organisation based in Chelmsford requires a HR professional to manage two projects simultaneously for a period of 3 months.

Your new role
Working closely with the UK HR team you will be responsible for preparing a new European Employee Handbook, this may involve some European travel.
The second part of the project is to coordinate a new Employee Development Review that is being driven by the US. You will review processes, templates/ forms and ensure the UK are following the new process assisting managers.

What you'll need to succeed
This project would suit an individual that has previous project or Business Partner experience. You will be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and available for international travel if required.
