Job Details
Urgently seeking an Interim Workforce Planning consultant, to join a rapidly expanding government organisation for up to 6 months. Joining this organisation at a time of transformation, you will work closely with HR colleagues across talent, resourcing and business partnering to help transition to a new model and help build a more strategic approach to workforce structures and organisational learning requirements.
You will need to establish strong relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders, with the ability build consensus and influence across the organisation, through an open and collaborative approach.
Ideally you will have set up a workforce function from scratch, being the expert in the tools and processes required.
