Senior HR Advisor (6 months) - Worcester - £36-38k + benefits
Based from Worcester City Centre this is generalist Senior HR Advisor role, working in a small team delivering all things HR. You will be partnering with stakeholders across the business at all levels and will be expected to travel to other sites once a week to promote HR and provide visibility across the organisation.

In order to be considered for this vacancy you must:

* Be confident supporting on all areas of generalist HR activity including recruitment and training.
* Have experience of dealing with a varied and sometimes complex ER caseload including absence management, performance and capability issues
* Show a proven generalist HR background

We are looking for individuals with the capability to operate effectively at all levels including senior management.
