HR Business Partner job on behalf of a Charity in Central London paying £260-£300 per day.

Your new company
You will be working for an Education Trade Union based in Central London.

Your new role
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with several departments and managers to implement a strategic people plan to build staff engagement and to increase strong performance. Daily, you will be required to support and coach managers to manage all aspects of Employee relations and staff development. You will be required to work with managers to identify staffing issues, lead on the design and delivery of solutions that best meet the needs of identified areas. This is an interim position for a period of 6 months initially with the possibility of extension paying £260-£300 per day.

What you'll need to succeed
You will CIPD qualified with excellent working knowledge of employment legislation. You will also demonstrate good experience with employee relations, specifically you will demonstrate previous experience of working with Trade Unions. Interviews will be conducted week commencing 15th April and you will be required to start soon after, so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
