Description

* Own and manage the HR systems.

* Own reporting, data and all employee information.
* Evolve and drive HR analytics within .
* Deliver on the People Policy design and content provision.
* Payroll partnering and taking ownership of the quality of data and information sent from the business and HR through to finance and payroll.
* Manage organization design and change programmes with the central functions.
* Develop the skill set of the HR assistant to deliver HR policy advice to central functions.
* People partnering the Heads of Central Department teams, providing a professional and legally compliant people service.
* Owns Talent and Succession planning across all support functions.
* Drives performance management across support functions, owning the hand off to People Development and managing performance improvement when required.
* Is able to focus on benefits and support CPO to deliver a strong benefit offering to the business.
* Ensuring that all ER activity is dealt with, fairly, professionally, and in line with statutory guidance, managing agreed risk.
* Development, coaching and upskilling of central leaders in People centric skills.
* Work with People Team to establish a solid wellbeing offering across the business.
* Work seamlessly with the wider People team to build a team brand and service that is valued by the business.
* Ad hoc projects as driven by the business.


Profile

* Experience and proven success in building relationships and leading within senior teams.

* Strong communication and influencing skills, and an ability to adapt both style and approach.

* Strong technical generalist partnered with a natural ability to think commercially and see the bigger picture.

* Creative in their problem-solving style.

* Ability to handle complex issues with great instincts for making the right decision in a time pressured situation.

* Ability to use data and insight to influence and make decisions.

* Strong analytical ability and agility.

* Proven experience in all ER activity, plus M&A and change management projects across medium to large businesses.

* Able to make decisions and own the outcome of actions, while collaborating and working with others.

* Lives and breathes our values in everything they do.

* Detail focus in every role or task undertaken.

* Thrives in moving at pace and going the extra mile.

* Comfortable operating in a high support, high challenge culture.

* Hunger to grow their HR career and take every opportunity to develop themselves.

* CIPD qualified or Degree equivalent.

* Systems integration project management experience would be an advantage.


Job Offer

* Up to £60K + bonus
* 25 days annual leave + BH
