Reward Officer

RNIB is changing, as we start to deliver on the next phase of our strategy. It's a great time to join the HR team as we continue our evolution into a truly enabling function, partnering with the business to deliver for our customers. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Reward Officer in our busy London office. In this varied role, you will support the delivery and development of RNIB's pay and benefits offer, advising HR colleagues and managers to deliver customer-focused solutions. 

We're looking for a Reward specialist with excellent numerical and analytical skills, who is able to apply these to interpret complex data and convey this in a non-technical way. Highly collaborative and with excellent attention to detail, you'll be motivated by delivering a great service to our internal customers.
